These terms apply to work done by Website Architech ("we", "us") for you ("the client"). By requesting or paying for a service you agree to them.
We provide website design, development, SEO, social media, logo design, AI video, mobile app and AI automation services. The scope, price and timeline of each project are confirmed in writing (quote, package page or email) before work starts.
Web Starter projects are built first and paid after you have reviewed the finished site and before it goes live. Other projects may be paid in milestones or deposits as stated in the quote. Monthly services (SEO, social media) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date.
You agree to provide content, images, logins and feedback in good time, and confirm that you have the right to use everything you supply. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions as described on its page. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Once a project is fully paid, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party items (fonts, plugins, stock media, hosting) stay under their own licences.
We work to a professional standard but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, followers or sales, because these depend on factors outside our control, including search engines and social platforms.
Refunds for work not yet started are considered on request. Work already delivered or in progress is billed for the time completed. Monthly services are not refunded for periods already started.
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the services.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new work. Disputes will first be handled in good faith by direct discussion.
